"Honey, I Left the Kids at Home to Gamble"

And to think that I have ever questioned my own parenting skills. Pthhh. What were these people thinking? A weekend trip is enough... but then a delayed flight that didn't bring them home until Wednesday? Those poor kids would have probably been eating catfood if the grandma had not called to wish them a Happy New Year.

  1. That is just horrible...Some people should have been fixed at birth.

  2. Wow...and I get concerned when I take a little longer than I said I would at the grocery store!?!?
    How could they do that?

  3. This horrifies me. My kids are 5 and 9 - and just trying to imagine them left to their own devices for days makes me shiver. Thinking of all the awful things that could have happened...I'm speechless.

I feel bad for those kids.

  4. Yes... there's no way I would even go in Wal-Mart and leave my kids in the car. Much less leave them alone at home.
