My New Buddy and a Carnival

Just got back from the doctor and we are all lying in bed doing our 'bedschooling' for today. Looks like all is well... so we're nestling in and I'm sitting on my little egg for another six weeks or so. I guess I'll have the time to get that owly nursery finished after all.

In other important news, my groovy new buddy "D" has joined us at the Homeschool Post. You know you want to know who she is. So go over and find out! She's giving away a February Valentine Blog Redesign treat to one lucky Blogger blogger.

After you check out the Post, be sure to go leave your best post from the last week or two for the Carnival of Homeschooling. I'm hosting next Tuesday (and am hoping not to have to stay up too late). Brownie points for those of you who get your post in BEFORE the deadline - like days before, preferably. Today would be good!

Now back to your Thursday! Hope you have a good one.

Sounds like you had a scare the other night! I'm so glad all is well. Bedschooling sounds good!

I guess we won't be painting today, after all. :) Let me know about next week.

We're off to see the King Tut exhibit in Dallas tomorrow A.M.

You take care of yourself!

Peace,
Cindy.

I'm sorry that you are bed schooling, I'm actually in bed sick too so I'm checking out some homeschooling blogs and taking it easy.

I hope you and yours are well soon. Tell your friend Cindy I saw the Tut Exhibit, it's awesome. We've just started a new Egypt area on the site but it hasn't been nibbed yet.

Be well, do good work and never underestimate the power of soup.
