"23rd Post"

Short and sweet today. Trying to cram a week of activity into a day. Happy Columbus Day Americans! Looks like rain, so our Park with friends will be out. Maybe they can come over and help us make our Columbus Day map and three little ships.

I was tagged today (just figured it out - sorry!) by Firefly. Her original post is under my Title to this post. Here's the questions:

  1. Search your blog archive.

  2. Find your 23rd post.

  3. Find the fifth sentence (this is meant to say something about you).

  4. Post that sentence in your blog along with these instructions.

  5. Tag five people to do the same.

Here goes. My 23rd Post was about Feet. Yep, Feet.

The Fifth Sentence was:

"When I got the idea in my noggin to write this, I had no idea how many references the Bible would have to feet... 320, to be exact."

I guess that labels me as a person who likes to think about weird stuff and write about it? But... you already knew that, didn't you?

Drumroll, please.... here's the next five "23rd Post" torch runners:

Tawdra, Chris G., Heather L., Tiffany, TCS

I think it says that you are a person who thinks of common things and turns them into some thoughtful pieces of writing. You don't take the well-trodden path. :p Thanks for participating!

It depends on how you count, but I think my 23rd post, fifth line is "Well I just had to post this."

Compelled maybe.

The post was about a picture of a 2 headed lamb being bottle fed. My friend Greg had the best comment.. "why do you have to feed both heads?"

Thanks Firefly. So, I'm the Robert Frost type, eh? What a compliment! :)

That is one of my favorite poems of all time.

"Two roads diverged in a wood
And I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference"

For me, that is what homeschooling and Christianity represent. Swimming upstream. Living out of the box. ;) Your picture makes me want to smile every time I see it! :)
Tcs... I think your sentence means that you are addicted to blogging... or maybe to life's interesting twists. Like Greg's comment. He's a problem solver. Thanks for commenting! Enjoyed your posts I read the other day... you are a deep thinker, too.
